We offer FREE webinars that cover a range of topics essential to your role as an employer who utilises the PVG scheme.
PVG Eligibility
Aimed at staff involved in recruitment or PVG counter signatories, giving them opportunity to learn about the purpose of the PVG scheme, available disclosure types and when to use them.
PVG Duty to Refer
Gives PVG counter signatories and staff involved in disciplinary matters the opportunity to learn about PVG referrals, organisations' obligations around referrals and the 'Consideration' process.
Helping Employers Recruit Fairly
This training provides organisations with a structured approach to making defensible, risk based recruitment decisions whilst ensuring fair opportunity is given to candidates with past convictions.
